The content, design, logos, and other materials on companioned.org are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided for informational and support purposes only. We do not provide medical or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Companioned.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.   

5. Account Creation and Termination
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in inappropriate behavior, or if your Medicaid eligibility changes and you no longer qualify for our services. You may also close your account at any time.   

6. User-Generated Content
If you submit or share any content through our web, social media or other online platforms owned by us, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and modify that content in connection with providing and improving our services. You are responsible for the content you share and must ensure it complies with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

9. No-Cost Service
Our services are provided at no direct cost to individuals who qualify for Medicaid. Your continued eligibility for our services is dependent on your Medicaid coverage.
